Finn Melgaard, Senior consultant at Renewable Consulting Denmark ApS, has built a career in machine and production engineering. He has led a machine factory in Germany with more than 340 employees and +€50M in revenue, where production was significantly increased through LEAN and flow optimization.
Since 2022, he has supported companies as an independent consultant — new monopile factory in Cuxhaven, hydrogen pressure tanks and offshore towers, and global sales of used equipment from Germany and Denmark. He has also helped companies with export market entry.
With a background as a mechanical engineer from Horsens and EBA Engineer's Management Training, Finn combines technical expertise with fact-based decision-making and team thinking — he sees the whole business as one team.
